Hey may have finished fifth of 6 on his racecourse debut at the Curragh back in May, but there was plenty to like about the way SEA SINGER saw his race out over the six furlong trip. The son of Sea The Moon was seemingly outpaced for much of the contest under jockey Ben Cohen, however, approaching the final furlong, Sea Singer picked up in the manner of a good quality horse and hit the line strongly to finish fifth. Despite proving no match for the odds on favourite and runaway winner Unquestionable, Sea Singer ultimately finished just a length and a half off the eventual runner-up and it’s certainly worth upgrading his performance given how the race unfolded. His pedigree suggests he should relish the step up to seven furlongs – given he’s closely related to winners up to 1m2f – and he should improve plenty for that eye catching effort last time out. With double figure prices still available this morning, Sea Singer rates a solid each way selection and it wouldn’t be a total surprise to see him get his head in front here.”

150 points is the recommended start for your betting bank. If you use £5 per point – £750 betting bank, £10 per point – £1,500 betting bank, and so on.
