Is England Too Strong?
Many critics of the England side and how we have been playing, but barring the odd missed pass at the back England are keeping the ball well and moving forward in probe-like attacks.
This style of play will frustrate most of the South American teams in the competition and potentially France should they get that far.
The goals have been distributed between the squad and Rashford has been shining bright so far and could bag some more in this fixture if he starts up front.
Kane is yet to score but he will get one at some point and he may be leaving it for the most important matches to do so.
Senegal Have Good Attack But Poor Defence
Having conceded in every fixture on the way to this last 16 tie with England they have looked very leaky at the back.
England is a side that you don’t want to be weak at the back against and if England goes at it they can bag a handful of goals early on.
Ndiaye is a stand-out player for Senegal, the Sheffield United player may well get his chance to shine again today, grabbing one assist last time, the ball seems to stick to his feet, but whether he can do that against experienced World Class England defenders is another question.
All in all, Senegal has a lot of work to do to get a result here and I don’t really see it and that’s from the head…with the heart I want England to destroy them.
England Vs Senegal Match Predictions – Over quickly?
Potentially England can put this game to bed early on, but I would be happy to see them stroke the ball around and probe in an attack like before, we have plenty of strong defenders to contain their attacks.
I think Kane will finally get a goal here may be the first goalscorer bet for him and as always an anytime goalscorer bet on Harry Maguire aka slab head.
I think there will be goals in this game so over 2.5 goals look like a highly possible outcome with the scoreline potentially being 3-1 or 4-1 to England.
Let’s hope England sends out a big message in this fixture and ride the wave to the semi-final and final!? Its coming home!
