Hello and welcome to the West Brom Vs Chelsea Prediction part of the weekly free football tips blog.
Each week I will choose one game to give free tips and predictions for and this week’s chosen game is West Brom Vs Chelsea in the English Premier League.
West Brom have not had the best start to life in the Premiership having lost both their first two matches and most notably getting smashed 5-2by Everton in their last league match.
The Baggies also lost in the EFL Cup midweek to Brentford losing 2-3 on penalties and that made it 3 losses from 4 games.
The only win was against Harrowgate in the EFL Cup which should be expected from a Premier League side.
Chelsea have started relatively well in contrast winning 6-0 against Barnsley in the EFL Cup and also beating Brighton 3-1 in their first league match.
They did lose to Liverpool when at home 0-2 but Liverpool are last seasons champions, the win against Brighton is something to take out base don their form after that.
This match could be Werner’s first goal in the Premiership and this is the first selection, I think it would be wise to go for the anytime scorer option, however.
I am struggling to make a case for West Brom even getting a goal but as they are at home I will put down a consolation goal for them yet I do see multiple Chelsea goals.
With this considered I see a score of 1-4 to Chelsea looking feasible and Chelsea winning looking a very solid bet.
