Alternatively known as Value backing I have been following this one secretly for a while now and I am excited to tell you it’s very good news, Carl really does know his stuff and when he tips a loser he takes responsibility and comes back with a bang.
Month after month he tips winners at big prices and since I joined I have easily paid for a few months membership and secured a tidy profit for myself perhaps to go away for a week with the wife!
This is no joke this guy is good and he will soon have your mind changed on horse racing tipster services that is for sure.

UPDATE: July 2017 this is still lone of the most popular services on the Tipster Reviews website for horse racing and that in itself speaks volumes. Good star ratings and good manual reviews added by the community back this up. Well worth a try.
